August Mega Raffle Official Rules

This raffle (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Optimum ReGen Peptides, 967 Lawnsdale Rd, Unit 2, Medford, OR 97504 (the “Sponsor”). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and households are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Promotion begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”). Entries (including tickets earned by qualifying orders and free entries) must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the drawing.

There are two ways to receive raffle tickets (“entries”) during the Promotion Period:

(a) Purchase entry.

Place a paid order at optimumregenpeptides.com during the Promotion Period. You will receive ten (10) raffle tickets for every U.S. dollar (US$1.00) of the order total, credited automatically to the account associated with your order email. There is no limit on the number of tickets you may earn through purchases.

(b) Free entry (no purchase necessary).

You may receive one hundred (100) free raffle tickets, with no purchase, by either method below. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day.

Online. Complete the free entry form at optimumregenpeptides.com/raffle/enter with your name and email. No purchase is required. You may also share your personal entry link; each new person who submits a free entry through your link earns you one hundred (100) additional tickets.

Mail-in. Hand-print your full name, email address, mailing address, and the words “ORP August Raffle” on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Optimum ReGen Peptides, Attn: August Raffle, 967 Lawnsdale Rd, Unit 2, Medford, OR 97504. One card per envelope. Cards must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by September 3, 2026.

Free entries carry the same weight in the drawing as purchased tickets. Entries obtained through any automated, fraudulent, or bulk method, or that are incomplete or illegible, are void.

One (1) grand prize: US$2,000 in Optimum ReGen Peptides store credit, applied to the winner’s account and redeemable toward any product in the Optimum ReGen Peptides catalog. Approximate retail value: US$2,000. The prize is non-transferable, may not be sold or assigned, is not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 31, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Each ticket is one entry, so entrants holding more tickets have a proportionally greater chance of being selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The drawing is conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entries within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity, awarding the prize from among eligible entries received prior to the impairing event. All products remain sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only and are not for human or animal consumption; participation in the Promotion does not change that.

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Promotion and is handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
