Questions
How much do I earn?
20% of the order total on every attributed order. During a store-wide sale the rate is 10%, because the margin is already discounted. Commission is calculated on the total after your audience's 10% discount.
What does my audience get?
10% off their order when they use your link or code. During a store sale the sale price applies instead, because discounts do not stack.
How long does my link track for?
30 days from the click. If they come back within that window and order, it's still credited to you.
Can I use my own link on my own orders?
No. Self-purchases earn no commission and get no discount. The program is for reaching new customers, not for discounting your own orders.
What can I say about the products?
Everything ORP sells is for research use only. You can talk about third-party testing, COAs, and the catalog, but no medical, health, dosing, or results claims. We give you approved captions so you never have to guess. Claims are the fastest way to lose your spot in the program.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are issued manually by the ORP team. Your dashboard shows commission earned in real time on completed (paid) orders.
